Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated.

2. Fittings

Fittings are recommended for best results.

Additional fittings may be required, particularly for formal, bridal, or complex garments.

Any changes requested after a fitting may incur additional charges.

3. Payment

Payment is required upon collection of the garment unless otherwise agreed.

Deposits may be required for bridal, formal wear, or large alteration jobs.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. Turnaround Time

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload and garment complexity.

Rush or express services may be available for an additional fee and are subject to availability.

The business is not responsible for delays caused by late fittings, late collection, or customer unavailability.

5. Customer Approval

By authorising alterations, the customer confirms they have approved the requested work, measurements, and pricing.

The business is not responsible for dissatisfaction arising from customer-requested design choices or fit preferences.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the customised nature of alteration services, refunds are not offered once work has commenced or completed.

If there is a workmanship issue, reasonable adjustments may be offered at the business’s discretion.

7. Garment Condition

Customers acknowledge that older, delicate, or previously altered garments may carry risks.

The business is not liable for damage caused by fabric weakness, prior wear, dry-cleaning, or hidden defects.

Any concerns about garment condition should be raised before work begins.

8. Collection of Garments

Garments must be collected within 30 days of completion unless otherwise arranged.

Items not collected within 90 days may be donated or disposed of, and no compensation will be provided.

9. Liability

While all care is taken, liability is limited to the cost of the alteration service only, not the replacement value of the garment.

The business is not responsible for changes in body size or fit after alterations are completed.
